Customer Success Representative:
Company description:
JobTestPrep is a leading online test preparation company based in Israel with both USA and UK websites.
We are searching for a Customer Success representative to provide customer support by phone, email and live chat
The position:
Work from home
Full-time
EST: 9am – 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming phone calls from customers
Sales calls – assist customers in finding the most appropriate product according to their needs
Assist customers with other product related inquiries
Make calls to customers for survey and feedback information
Respond to customers questions and requests via email and live chat
Requirements:
English - near native or mother-tongue level
Goal-driven
Motivated
Excellent communications skills with particular emphasis on phone correspondence.
Computer literate
Quick learner and problem-solver
The ability to work independently and in a structured way, motivated and goal-driven and take on responsibility for your work.
Experience of working to targets/deadlines
Previous working experience in a customer care environment – an advantage
